Element Construction has completed the construction of a premium apartment building in Tbilisi, namely, in Vake. The building has 15 floors and is located in Nino Zhvania Street. It is equipped with a parking zone, situated on the 1st floor. Commercial spaces are distributed on the first, second, and third floors and residential apartments are on the 4th-15th floors.
The construction was ordered by "Binadari". Prior to this facility, in 2017, Element Construction built a multi-apartment house inTsagareli Street by order of the development company. The quality of the provided work initiated the next successful collaboration.
Currently, Element Construction is building a multi-apartment building ordered by several development companies. Among them are "Arch", "Marmax Georgia", "Solum Development", etc.
Element Construction also built "Bagebi Plaza", which was the winner of the category - "Best Architectural Project of 2017", "Comfort Residence" and others.
