HISNI is a 36-story multifunctional complex that brings together residential, office, and commercial spaces within a single environment. The development is being built in Isani, one of Tbilisi’s oldest and historically significant districts, which adds additional urban value to the project.

The facility covers a total area of 48,000 m², making it the largest in its field in Georgia in terms of scale and production capacity.

CITYZEN Central Park comprises four residential towers and a business tower designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects.

Element Construction completed the full renovation work for the Girteka’s, one of Europe's largest logistics companies. The project was carried out with full compliance with international standards, commissioned by LLC Ibercompany Holding.

The ten-story building includes a restaurant, a sports field, and an indoor pool. The construction process is planned for an area of 11,335 m². The complex is located in Buknari, a unique location between the sea and the mountains, featuring a distinctive subtropical climate, just 15 minutes drive from Batumi.
