Element Construction is building a new branch of McDonald’s in Tbilisi, at D. Aghmashenebli Ave. The company provides the repairing-construction works including MEP systems.
The collaboration between fast food restaurant chain and Element Construction has still started in 2017, in Kutaisi. That time the whole cycle of construction-fit out works ended in 4 months - unimaginable short term.
After the above-mentioned successful project, McDonald’s confided especially hard object to Element Construction. In 2019, the construction company completed most of the parts of reconstruction and fit out works on Saburtalo’s branch of MacDonald’s while simultaneously the restaurant was under working conditions.
