Element Construction continues the construction of Holiday Inn Express with its high quality, pace and safety standards.
At this stage:
• Monolithic reinforced concrete wall reinforcement and mold arrangement.
• Arrangement of monolithic reinforced concrete slab arrangement.
Element Construction is working on InterContinental Hotels Group's project with the direct command of LTD “ Icocenter” and LTD “Simetria.” The hotel will be located in the historic part of the capital, Avlabari, in a very attractive location for tourists and will offer 121 rooms to its customers. Along with the sophisticated and trendy design, Holiday Inn Express guests will enjoy its functionally packed spaces. Guests will be able to take advantage of a large conference room and a green courtyard. Besides the 6 level structure, the building includes one underground floor.
