Construction started with a tremendous project.
We build Holiday Inn Express!
The hotel will be located in a popular tourist area, Avlabari, the
historic part of the capital, offering 121 rooms. Along with the
sophisticated and trendy design, guests of Holiday Inn Express will
enjoy functional spaces. A large conference room and indoor green
space are provided for the guests. In addition to the 6 floors,
space also includes one underground floor.
Holiday Inn Express is the brand of one of the largest hotel
network “Intercontinental”.
The total area of the building is 7 903 sq.m.
Element Constructions Ltd operates on the site under the order of
Ipotsentri Ltd and Simetria
Ltd.
