New campus and dormitory of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Teaching University - this is an ongoing project of "Element Construction".
Currently, concrete pouring works are being carried out on the site.
The first floor will be dedicated to lecture rooms, office rooms and exhibition halls. Residential units will be located on the second, third and fourth floors. On the top of the attic, there will be machine unit for elevator. On the underground level, there will be Gym, Buffett, and rooms for the warehouse and office.
In total, the project consists of one underground and five above-ground floors.
